I had the blood screening for downs and trisonomy but they didnt give the gender. That test was more expensive.

If you're doing an DNA test yes, like the Harmony test. If you're just doing the first trimester screening blood tests then no they don't tell gender.

Yes they can because my Dr. Told me I could know the sex of my baby from that test! They look at the chromosomes and those don't lie!
