How accurate is this app?

If you have conceived from this app please post pictures of the cycle you conceived on, I've been trying for 3 months & still nothing. 😢

I got pregnant the one month I didn't use this app. Lol. Turns out I was ovulating later than it was predicting.

The app can only give a good estimate of when you're gonna ovulate. If your cycles are irregular or you have an underlying fertility problem that you're unaware of then the app won't be very helpful when TTC. Plus, even on your most fertile days you still only have a 33% chance of becoming pregnant. It's completely normal for it to take the average couple a year or so to concieve. Just don't stop trying!!

I used an app called 'ovuview' but I had been using it to track my periods for 3-4 years before trying. So we had a really good base line for when I was ovulating.  Took 3 months. We tried every second day twice on those days(sometimes) and it was during my 'fertile window'.

I used the app and it's accurate if your cycles are extremely consistent in length. If you truly want to know when you're ovulating I recommend ovulation test strips.

I travel a lot for work and it was taking us a while to get pregnant so I did test strips and got pregnant the first month! The tests showed me ovulating 4 days earlier than I was anticipating so I moved a business trip I was supposed to go on that day.

Well considering I became pregnant the one month I decided to take a break and not pay attention to ovulation dates, I can't really say that it helped me.

Just keep in mind, even if you do time sex exactly right with ovulation, you still only have a 33% chance every month. Every other day worked for us, it took us 3 months for our first pregnancy (mc) and 10 months for our rainbow baby. Don't get down about it and if it's stressing  you take a break from trying. It will happen!

I don't rely on the app for ovulation dates, I use ovulation test strips. I most likely ovulated on the 16-17.

I don't have any pics from when I conceived using this app because it was in March of 2014. However, I started using it on the 8th, had sex starting a few days before my ovulation days and continued a few days after. I tested positive at the end of the month, the day before AF was due.
