Has anyone used compression hose while flying in the 3rd trimester?

If you've flown in the third trimester, how was your experience with or without them? I'm flying to Ireland tomorrow for part two of our babymoon and have a pair of compression hose but they're so tight, I might just skip them altogether. Thoughts?

Use them!! I didn't on my flight out and bought some for the return trip. It made a really big difference. Also, try and get an aisle seat because you NEED to walk around as often as possible. The swelling is no joke.
