Emptying Menstrual Cup
So, I recently purchased a menstrual cup after hearing many good reviews about them. On the leaflet, it says to empty the cup into the toilet. I have now used mine a day, and there is starting to be a little bit of red at the bottom of the toilet. Any tips to help prevent this? Or are there other ways to empty it?
