Need opinions please

LO was born at 6lbs 14oz she is 3 weeks old back to birth weight. Let's just say my last LO was 8 lbs 3oz I wasn't expecting a smaller baby. She has tiny legs and a tiny lil bum. I went with prefolds and love them but I have infant and toddler I didn't think I would need newborn. Well my SO is taking me Friday to see our cloth diaper supplier and I'm at a lost on what to buy.....I have newborn sweetpea covers and my infant prefolds are to large and I can't ever get the gap around her legs tight enough for no leaks I literally broke down to disposables because she. Was soaking the gussets on every cover and I change her every 2 hours and find the side she's laying on while feeding is where the leaking is. I don't want to have wasted so much money I want to stick to prefolds and inserts. What would you purchase for your tiny leg baby? I was planning on getting more nb covers I only have 3 thinking she wouldn't need the smaller size but I was wrong and I want to but nb prefolds and some hemp/or bamboo inserts...I can get used very cheap from my supplier so I'm very excited about that. Anyone have any thoughts let me know I'm going Friday afternoon to her store and just need some advice. ..I think over stuffing is my problem with leaks the infant prefold just dosn't fit under the nb cover I try and tuck it in my it's simply to much but she sometimes soaks the whole prefold in under 2 hours so I'm hoping a extra insert and nb prefold will do.
