So I have always struggled with my body image. I have never liked the way I've looked. Well this week I went to put on my favorite pair of jeans.. And I couldn't button them.. (They fit two months ago) I just sat in the closet crying when my husband walked in and held me telling me I'm beautiful just the way I am. But I feel like I need to lose fifteen pounds to get back to my "normal" body. Does anyone have any tips for eating healthy and working out? Recipes, workout advice, things that worked for you. Anything is helpful.
