Any tips? I can't get anything done

I think I've just about slept through my pregnancy. Iron supplements didn't help me but I wasn't anemic anyway. Fatigue has been my worst pregnancy symptom.

I don't know what to do to keep up energy except to take naps. but which isn't always feasible.
