The clean panty challenge is the only one that really aggravated me out of the "this proves you're a real woman"/"this means you're pretty" bs.

Of all the dehumanizing, inaccurate, rediculous beauty standard based challenges I saw none came as close to shaming something that your body is *supposed* to do,  as opposed to just being skinny and having big boobs. Vaginal discharge is normal, it's a sign that your body is functioning properly. But maybe I'm just sensitive because I'm irregular and know how much it sucks to never have these little signs of hope that I might one day conceive again.

the  pass out challenge  has been  around  since I was a kid and a few have died.  Idk  if they stil do it the same way or not tho. Back in the day you would stand up against  a wall, a friend  would cup their hands and press on your sternum as hard as possible ,  then everyone  will get behind  that one friend  pushing  on your chest and all push too to max pressure  is placed on your sternum  till you pass out.  Yeahhhhh, that's how u in kill someone
