Baby born at 2 pm

I woke up yesterday my due date at 6am with excruciating cramps. Experienced some blood tinged discharge and pink water all day as well as continuous pain. Ended up calling my dr at 10pm and was told to come in for an examination. Got to the hospital around midnight and it was confirmed my water was leaking and I was 2-3 dilated and very mushy. Got admitted and needed an epidural almost immediately. Once I was admitted my leaking became much heavier and bloody. My dr finally got finished with a csection around 12:30. When my dr checked me I was fully dilated and ready to push. They had to fully break my water since I only had a high leak. Ended up doing about 6 or 7 rounds of pushing for about 45 mins before I met my baby girl at 2pm. My labor ended up being super intimate and private which is what I was hoping for. It was me the father my dr and one nurse with  an occasional pop in. They didn't start picotin until after I gave birth and I was such a good pusher that they didn't have to lower my epidural dosage. My Bryn was born August 3rd at 2pm weighing 7lbs 5oz 20 inches long and she had a perfectly round head. We did immediate skin to skin. Daddy actually watched the entire thing and seemed to genuinely enjoy it which I wasn't expecting because all I've heard is stories about men passing out after looking but he saw it all. He's so obsessed with his baby girl which is actually really good because it gave me a chance to sleep and deal with pain while he doted on her.
