Hi everyone! I have been with my boyfriend for many years now and use pull out as well as condoms on occasion. I recently have been experiencing nipple soreness (not breast just nipples), constipation, and heartburn. I did a poor job of tracking when we had unprotected sex but it was in the last month and half. I have had one very light period that lasted 4 days (7 usually). I am due for my period in about two weeks. Any thoughts?
