Cut out soda limit your carb intake and drink tons of water ! Drink ice cold water when ou first wake up to help start your metabolism (if yours is a slow one like mine) go for walks, bike rides, or runs whatever is best for you I do all three. Take up a active hobby Thats fun I chose dance and soccer.  At night I do a variety of ab exercises download ( abs-7 minutes) and do that whenever you can once a day or every other day ( I do every other day it leaves my body very sore)  you don't have to cut out all fatty foods you can have a cheat day once a week but not too much of something unhealthy. Try a soda or a candy bar. But stay on track. Manage yeast intake very carefully ( I cut out pasta all together but I don't like it anyways) I was 235 lbs took me 7 months but now I'm 150 lbs . cut down on any rice, excercise, water and try eating smaller portions than u eat. sometimes we think we're hungry just substitute the urge and drink water it fills u up!
