Boyfriend and I working together.

GG
We've been at it for about 2 years and I'm hostessing at his job just Friday and Saturday nights. Big mess tho.. I'm 16, and I literally have never been so disgusted by men, or men that act like boys. Here this goes.
Tonight, I clocked in, went to the kitchen (like I've been doing) and got my drink, they were like "hey here's you girl tonight, get her dude, she is totally bangable" so I just shook my head and continued filling my drink, afterwards. (Note: Day 2 of training) They started again before I got my straw and was like "scream at her, call her hot to get her attention" and I walked out. That was the first offense. •
Second Offense: We have to do "Open Counts" which is when you give an estimate on how many people we have with menus, I did my count (because our manager wanted me to do a few) and they kept me back their to keep telling them what it was because I guess they needed something to look at.
My third offense and really pushed my limits: I did my second open count later on at like 7pm and once again I went back and  they made the mistake of making sexual gestures when I walked away my boyfriend  was in server alley, and he can see them.. so, that had completely pushed my boyfriends buttons a little more. not because they were flirting, but because they were disrespecting what is his. Then, my boyfriend approached me afterwards, he let me know he was stressing because he thought they'd try touching me, or verbally harassing me to my face. which was kinda cute in a way because it's a protective side I've never seen before, ever. Let's fast forward to later.
This super cocky guy, approaches my boyfriend and goes,
Cocky Guy: "Dude, her ass."
Boyfriend: "What you mean, her ass?" Guy: "Your girlfriend, it's smaller but fat as fuck. Are you going home and smashing that? Because I would."

When we got home, my boyfriend  told me to go change, go lay down, and he'd be in the bedroom after he grabbed a snack.  Then he came up into bed with me, and just wouldn't let go. He literally held my head to his chest while squeezing me, and just told me how he wasn't trying to be controlling but he's being very careful of my surroundings, how other men treat me because if he doesn't treat me bad then no other guy should either. How it's just him trying to stand his grounds and keep me protected. Also, how he couldn't bare to live with himself if something were to happen to me.. It's just hard being new. I think it's because I'm new, and it's fresh p*ssy for the guys to look at and they're all 20+ year old guys who just want sex.. It's very very rough being 16, with 34C/D boobs, fit figure, and a decent ass.. Just need help here.
Am I wrong for taking offense to a guys saying that? Is my boyfriend in a wrong for wanting to say something but I'm holding him back from losing his cool? I have 1 or 2 days of training left, and I don't know how to approach to my boss about this situation without coming off as a problem type person on my first week.. Need Guidance. For Sure.
