Hospital paperwork

So lastnight I was bleeding and went to l&d I ended up being super dehydrated and I got 2 bags of fluid. While that was going through an iv for 2 hours they came in and had me sign paper work in advance for during and after delivery. Is it wrong that I marked absolutely no formula unless medically necessary? I've heard of babies getting formula before being nursed and then they wouldn't take breast milk. I'm super cautious of this now and I want to breast feed exclusively.
