Random period with mirena
I've had my iud almost 2 years now and stopped having my period about 4 months after getting it but for the past few months I've had super bad cramps every few weeks and then yesterday I started spotting and today bleeding almost as much as an actual period. Is this normal? Should I go to a doctor? Help?!
