Please tell me this is the worst it can get!? 4nights out of 7, lasting up to 16hours. Painful contractions starting in the front and then spreading to the back, after 10 minutes of this the back cramp becomes constant but worsens as a contraction comes. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks
