An expert on my body and now totally confused😕

I'm 32 years old three Boys two abortions(over 16yrs) one miscarriage my last was a C-section he's four now. I know my body like checking see if the Sun is up in the morning everything works accordingly even after the C-section all the problems that started they were consecutive after the C-section nothing has changed. But now last month flow showed up a week early( completely out of the normal since the age of 12) it wasn't exactly spotting but it was lighter than my normal menstruation. I assumed it could be implantation bleeding or stress levels saying that me and my husband have relocated to a new city where everything is going wrong so rapid. Took 2 cheap pregnancy test the one with the faintest ever seen before the 1dollar one(taken after)

was negative both times so 3 test. My breast today seem larger tho my flow is due on the 10th me and my husband did have relations during my fertile Peak, and tonight while I was outside I felt a little bit of wet around my shirt I went inside smelled it I thought i spilled something nothing was there then I squeeze my nipple and a little bit of clear came out more than once. after the C-section of my four-year-old me being a fertile Myrtle went to I haven't gotten pregnant at all and when I did it was a miscarriage before a month was up. My husband believes I'm pregnant my oldest son is 16 and ever since his conception any time I was pregnant it was a feeling that came over my body where it hit you like a thousand degrees and sweating for a minute straight and then it all stops and then I'm cold every time no matter what abortion or whatever that's how I knew before I ever took a hpt ALWAYS. Now my skin is sensitive to the touch my boobs aren't sore but they do feel heavier. I used to could put my finger up me and know if I was pregnant but after the C-section everything with AF hurts more I bleed heavier(except last month) and now I'm just plain confused any advice is welcomed and appreciated😕😕😕😧
