Okay so I'm 15 turning 16 in November and there's this guy I've been sexting hardcore and it's been going on for about a year now maybe. We keep saying we'll hook up one day and don't get me wrong I kinda want it to it's just I feel like I'm too young? Idk I'm pretty mature for my age as well but idk I really want it tho and I'm so confused

When I was your age I wished someone would've told me to save myself. I had sex at a young age because I thought that that's just what you do. it's not true. once you graduate high school and have a better grip of life, then think about it.

besides sex at such a young age is not fun, it doesn't feel good, it's scary thinking about getting caught, and most guys that age don't know how to properly have safe sex.

just think of all the outcomes before jumping. like stds, unplanned pregnancy, what will happen after he has sex with you.

At the end of the day nothing you're doing is wrong , you can make your own decisions. My advice too you is to just move at your own pace. Think everything out throughly and try not to act impulsively . You don't want to end up regretting this. It is a big deal and you owe it to yourself to make sure you're 100% comfortable and that you 100% consent to anything you're considering doing with this guy. Do whatever YOU are comfortable with. Personally if you're ready that's all that matters, as long as you're not younger than 15 because I think that's a bit dumb. I lost my verginity 2 weeks before I turned 16. If you're ready though, go for it. You're not too young.
