Has anyone had their first seizure or an uptick in epilepsy symptoms during pregnancy? I had what I believe was a small seizure yesterday, at 12+1. My brother has epilepsy and it started for him when he was going through puberty and the hormonal changes. It would make sense for me to start having issues now during the crazy hormonal shifts of pregnancy. Baby is okay but I am worried that I won't be able to prevent this from happening again- I had about a five second warning yesterday, just log enough to tell the person I was with "i feel sick" before I collapsed.
