It's safe to give to baby! Had you breastfed your baby then you wouldn't have known.

:( how are your nipples? Cracked? I had that happen with my 2nd child and it freaked me out so much I quit breastfeeding. :( don't do that! I regret it to this day. It's actually still fine to give to baby, but if you don't feel comfortable doing so, its understandable if you have to pump and dump on that side. It will heal and your milk will become white again. Coconut oil works great for cracks I have found out.
