I would say try and if it works for your family stick with it and if it doesn't then at least you tried

I would at least try. It will be frustrating and take effort to get the hang of it so don't get too discouraged. However, it you try and it just isn't working for you and baby there isn't anything wrong with formula feeding.

I think every women should try but it's a personal choice. The best is a fed baby. Doesn't matter where it's coming from :) good luck! :)

Even if you only breast feed for a week then you definitely should. There's no shame at all in bottle feeding but the goodness babies get from their very first few breast feeds is 100% irreplaceable by formula. So if you can breastfeed a little before formula feeding it will make a HUGE difference.  :) after that it's entirely up to you and your lifestyle!

You should absolutely try. It is not only beneficial to your child, but to you as well. I would suggest you look up just how amazing breast milk is. It is made perfectly for your baby, and changes with their needs!

I'm a FTM. I intend to try my best to breastfeed exclusively for the recommended 6 months. But honestly if it doesn't work for me and my child, it doesn't work. I'll be a working mom as well, and breastfeeding can just be too difficult with my schedule. Although, I really hope it works. It's all up to you though! I decided if it becomes too much for me, I will at least supplement formula during the day for whoever watches my child while I'm at work and breast feed at night when I'm home. That way we can still get some of the benefits of breastfeeding.

It's really your choice, I'm not because I choose not too. They say that it's healthy for the baby though
