So I am bringing this up as I have been officially TTC for 10 months and my mom brought up this morning that when she got pregnant with my brother and I (seperate times) that she just knew she was. She knew before her missed period and before taking a pregnancy test. In fact she said with my brother the first pregnancy test she had at the doctors office came back negative but she knew they were wrong and a little time passed, she tested again and yup she's pregnant. Well here comes my questioning of "I just knew". On both occasions my mom got pregnant the 1st month TTC. 1st month! The first time I had unprotected sex with my husband I thought I was pregnant (been told all my life it would happen just like that) but then my period came. I also learned that pregnancy and period symptoms are very similar. So if I would have conceived my first month trying I would have also thought that "I just knew". Maybe it's a different feeling I am not aware of since I haven't been pregnant? What are your thoughts?
