Light period ??

Ok so this is my second day on my period and usually I have cramps 3-5 days before it and I did and they were horrible and I had back pain as well but when I got my period it was lighter than usual. Not spotting but like I could fill a light tampon and it's enough to overflow a liner. Usually my first two days are heavy and I need a super and even then those will fill in 30 minutes. The last time I had sex was 8 days ago and we used a condom but he didn't cum and like he peed after and later I got on him without a condom for a good two seconds but I never made him cum or anything so it seems to be pretty impossible for me to be pregnant but I'm paranoid :// but my periods never usually this light and I read online that it can be a sign of pregnancy and I'm super scared. I still have all the cramps and mood swings out the ass and what not but idk what to feel :/ I did have a bit of problems with my hymen a couple days ago though, could that be something to do with it?
