Anyone having a Home Birth?

I'm due in 11 days im having a home birth water birth I was just wondering if anyone else was doing the same to get more encouragement and support. Thanks ;)

I'm having a home water birth also! I'm due on the 12th and getting so excited!! I had my first in the hospital with several interventions that I wasn't comfortable with and didn't think necessary, so I'm definitely looking forward to the peaceful home experience :)

I had a home water birth for my August turned July baby! I am really glad I did too! My labor was 1hour and 13mins from 1st contraction to birth. I barely made it into the pool.

I am!!! My due date was August 2nd so now I'm just over here waiting for this baby girl to decide to come out! She's my first! 💕

I've always wanted to but my hubby was always concerned so we've had water births in our birthing center at the hospital. I'm actually glad we did because my last two births had minor complications. The first wth complications didn't need intervention, but it was a close one. My last one I needed meds to stop hemorraging after birth and almost needed a blood transfusion. I'm 18 weeks with number six now and I'll do another water birth at the birthing center

I'm 40+3 and having a home water birth. My first. I am a little nervous.  Had odd dreams about it last night but have done hypnobirthing course and that always helps me feel more relaxed.

I wouldn't feel good doing a home birth because I had a scary first birth that needed intervention.  BUT my mom had me and my brother at home and had a really great experience.  I know a woman who had 5 all at home and did water births and loved it too!  Good luck with labor and I hope the water feels great!  They have a laboring tub at the hospital for this baby in excited to try it.  My sister had her last baby in a tub and said it was incredible relief for labor back pain.
