Painful Periods.
Does anyone have such painful periods that it just debilitates you? I can do nothing but lay there with a heating pad for about 5 hours. They are the most painful, intense things ever. I've been having these problems for about a year. Not only do I have the pain, but I also have back pain and nausea to the point where I'm on the ground dry heaving. Help please!
