How to deal with heart break??

I had not had my period since May. My husband and I were both suspecting I was pregnant. Kept taking test but kept getting negatives. A few weeks ago used a home Doppler and was able to find babies heart beat. We both knew what we heard. Went to a clinic to get checked out. Because I did not have a positive pee test they would not do an ultrasound. Two days ago I started bleeding. I knew it was a miscarriage. I had had one before. Well today we are traveling to go see my family. My step daughter needed to go potty (she's only four). I took her to the bathroom. Had to go after her. Needless to say I passed the baby. It makes me and my husband so angry because if they would have done the ultrasound they would have seen I was pregnant and maybe would have been able to get the help I needed to save my baby. So heart breaking because I was ten and a half weeks and the baby came out whole. Such a tiny little thing. No bigger than my thumb.
