TTC after miscarrige

Hi :) we unfortunately had a miscarrige a month ago. I had a positive ovulation test 5 days ago and it's been going down every day to where I got a barely visable line 2 days ago. All my symptoms I had when I was pregnant I'm feeling some now. Frequent urination headaches and tiredness. Could this be it again or could it just be my body? I haven't had my first period yet after the miscarrige and don't feel any signs
