I thought my spotting was my period because I was supposed to start that day. I was previously on Mirena so my periods were really light and painless. But when the bleeding didn't fill a pad and ended after a day and a half I decided to test the next morning. At 4 weeks the spotting started and at 4w2d I got my BFP. I'm now trying to get another BFP.
