Who has had sex a week postpartum?

NO! Not only would it be painful (I imagine) but the risk for infection is high...I wouldn't suggest it

I feel like sex would be the last thing on my mind a week after having a baby. Not to mention you'd probably still be bleeding extremely heavy. And doctors say 6 weeks. So I would definitely go by what they say.

I did,I had a natural birth with no stitches and barely bled,bruised it was swollen,we were very gentle and it was actually quite romantic xxx

5days. I had a c-section so my downstairs area wasn't sore or torn in any way. I knew it wasn't recommended but there is no bigger turn on then watching the man you love be an awesome husband and new father. In fact I was proud I made it that long 😉
