Freaking out!

Ladies I'm freaking out! My obgyn's office called and want to see me tomorrow for an ultrasound. I'm 5 weeks today. Yesterday my hcg was 1535, progesterone 122.87.  I asked the girl why he wants to see me and she said oh I think because he is out of town the 10th, 11th and 12th. My appt was for the 16th originally. He has mentioned to me before that he is sending me to an MFM because I have a clotting disorder. Why is my progesterone so high??? I've had two miscarriages before.
