Numb boob! !

Hi ladies, I have been getting some strange feelings/ symptoms in the last couple of days.. feeling dizzy, appetite bigger than usual, achy boobs -quite tender at times but comes and goes. And last night whilst in bed, my right boob, down the side felt numb. I don't know if I'm just hoping I could be pregnant for the reason I'm noticing all these signs or not but just wondering if anyone else has experienced this. My period Is due in 9 days so if I am pregnant it's very early days.

Any help/ advise / comments will be much appreciated xx
