How do you know you have an infection. The blood coming out of my vagina seems to be mixed with discharge that reminds me of when I ovulated. I can't really tell if it's the blood that just smells a little. It's hot here so of course I'm sweaty. It's not like a strong odor but it definitely has an odor to it. I'm not sure what's normal?
