Metallic taste in mouth, 11DPO

I'm pretty sure I conceived (if I did) on July 25th because that's when I had a lot of EW discharge and I could just tell- even though glow said I had a 2.9% chance because it was a week after my fertile week. But a friend told me to always go by my vaginal discharge- which is good advice. Anyway, AF is due tomorrow and I've been having a lot of symptoms. I noticed them two days ago. Tired but can't fall asleep at night or stay asleep. Dizziness and light headed when I stand up sometimes. Slight cramping. Mood swings. Nipples are tender. Hot flashes. I know, these are all signs of PMS too, but the one I just had today that I've never had before - metallic taste in my mouth. I took a test today and it was negative and every time I use the bathroom I cringe when I wipe because I don't want to see blood. I am just now getting some brown on the toilet paper. I plan to test again Saturday morning. Any feedback would be helpful! What do you guys think? This is month 4 of ttc.
