High risk?

So I lost my last baby at 22 weeks to DS. They said it could've been just a coincidence or genetic. They also said it was a very rare kind. I got pregnant, not on purpose, a month after having him. Yet my OB doesn't consider me high risk. I feel like the DS being genetic kinda puts me at a higher risk. She doesn't even see me every 4 weeks. It's like every 6. I feel like she doesn't care. Shouldn't I be high risk? Should I change doctors?
