Any ladies had symptoms at 4 weeks?

I think I am pregnant but my test today said negative. I go in for a blood test on Monday. I've had a constant dull headache for 2 days straight and craving Taco Bell for breakfast lunch and dinner the past 2 days, nauseated since I woke up this morning, and I tried drinking wine (which I do every night) and I threw up all the next day and the thought of any alcohol makes me sick to my stomach
