Did I miscarry?

We've been TTC for 9 months. I had white cm for 4 days before my period was due. When AF didn't show after 4 days, I took a test. It was a faint line but it was there. Then 3 days later I started bleeding. The first day was brown and bright red blood with no cramps, then the second day was excruciating cramps to the point where I was almost throwing up with heavy bleeding. Now today the third day, the bleeding is so heavy, I bled through my pants after having my pad on for 2 hours. Also a lot of little clots too. Does this sound like a miscarriage or just a brutal period?
