Do I change the name or leave it?

Baby name help!!! So I realized that my half brother (that I met when I was 18 and I haven't talked to in years) name is James. My boyfriend and I choose James Phillip (after grandfather and great grandfather) for our baby name and idk if we should change it/leave it/ come up with a nickname? We already told people the name 😁😁😁

Leave it, I hadn't talked to my best friend in nearly a year, totally forgot her baby was named Dillon, had my son and named him Dylan lol its been a blast with the two Dylans over the years.
