Which would you pick?

Question

My husband and I have been together for 4 years, but we've only been on one vacation together (honeymoon, 2 nights in the mountains, cut short by a snowstorm). Next summer, for my birthday, I'd like to ask him to take me on a trip. We're not the beachgoing type and I'm huge into history/historical landmarks, so these are my top picks.

I voted for Germany: I haven't done a Holocaust tour specifically, but there's so much fascinating history there & it's gorgeous!! My husband & I really love Germany. The other thing I've done is Stonehenge, & it's definitely cool but you'll be done in half a day.

I say history museums in the US mostly because there have been a lot of crazy things going on over seas

The great wall is pretty, but you cant see much when its hazy out, aka, almost all the time in Beijing. Its also a lot of strenuous walking and climbing steps. If you go in the summer its really hot and humid all the time and that can detract from the expeRience. I did it because I was in China, but i wouldnt go to China just for that... China has so much to offer though. Also, my experience could be based on the part of the wall I hiked, but my fiance went the summer before and said it was pretty rough too. If you wanna do it, go for it, just bring good walking shoes :)

I picked Germany I would have picked Egypt but not sure how all the political stuff is going right now so really look into it if you do to make sure there isn't a bunch of riots right now my hubby went back in 2001 and absoutly loved it there! And very cheap once your there

Definitely don't do Stonehenge! It's extremely underwhelming.
