Calling all gym ladies!
Hello ladies!
Lately, I've stopped exercising. Period. I feel so lazy and gah, I feel like I could really lean out. I'm 5"5' and wight 107lb, and I'm very happy with whatever weight I am as log as I'm healthy. And I know I'll feel way healthier when I start working out. I do want to get fit and lean for my vacation on February (short term goal) and from there keep going (long term goal). My cry for help to you ladies is:
How the heck/what workout would be best for my goals of building muscle and leaning out? Im a totally newb and would love some advice on nutrition and exercise!!!
