Okay I'm 5dpo I got so impatient tonight so I tested it was negative. Should I wait and test again and week or give up on this month

At 5 dpo implantation hasn't even occurred yet so your body wouldn't be producing hcg. Wait until the day before or the day AF is suppose to come.
