Vaginal stitches

It's been 3 weeks since I had my son. During birth I tore in two different places. About a week after I left the hospital I went back into my clinic to get my stitches looked st cause I was concerned about the amount of pain I was having but the doctor said everything looked okay. I went back in again today cause to me it looked like they were starting to come out. The doctor again said everything looked great and they were intact and things were healing perfectly ..yet after just going to the bathroom one of the stitches came completely out.

Should i still be concerened even if my doctor just said they were okay and things looked good. Anyone else have their stitches come out?

Maybe I am just paranoid that it won't heal right..idk.
