Daycare. Already have our spot and paid for the first two weeks. Hubby is works from home two days a week so she will only be there three days a week. My parents live in the area but i would never expect them to watch her for free every week. They have their own lives.

I'm a nanny for four kids and I will be bringing the baby to work with me three days a week and my husband will be watching her on his days off which are Monday's and Tuesday's. I feel very fortunate to be able to do this!

Still trying to figure that one out. We are in the middle of touring all the day cares in our area but it's Sooooo expensive so we might look into nanys as well (if they're the same price id rather go that direction) or maybe nanny share. It's over whelming

Family just like with my daughter. She's 3 and never set foot in daycare. We basically coordinated our schedules and then had family "fill in the blanks". It worked really well, she was with me mostly and got to see grandparents, and cousins once a week.

I live next door to my in-laws. So when I'm at work,hubby will be sleeping (night shift) and grandpa will watch baby until I get home
