Help 😓

So on July 1, after my pp bleeding had already stopped for maybe 2 or 3 weeks, I got what I thought was a period. It wasnt too heavy, but was never light. It lasted a week exactly. I've always had a pretty regular cycle, but I know they say when you get your period back after having a baby it's going to be irregular. We had sex about 2 weeks after (I'm on the mini pill), but he forgot to pull out.

The reason I'm posting this is because I really wasn't trying to get pregnant again, but last night I had a dream of taking a bunch of pregnancy tests that all came back positive. Should I wait a while longer for my period, or go ahead and take a test 😔
