How do you increase your milk supply?

I'm not EBF bc I don't make a lot of milk. At most I can get 3 oz together from both breasts. I've tried brewers yeast and mothers milk. However, this week it seems I got my period and I'm only making about 1-2oz. What I can do to get back to the 3oz or more? (I have a pump and I breastfeed when I'm home. Going back to work Monday 😞😞)

I eat oatmeal every morning and notice a big difference if I don't get to eat it, also things like carrots, salad, fish, those types of foods help my supply. Just keep with it and don't give up! And try to EBF when your with baby, the more they eat should stimulate you to make more milk, supplement only when you need to.

Blue Gatorade, fennel essential oil, water, oatmeal! Have you tried pumping for 10 minutes then taking a 10 minute break, repeat for an hour? I've heard this has worked for some people.

If I eat oatmeal every day and drink lots of water I make more compared to days I don't do those things

Honestly eating fenugreek bare helped me. Mrs. Patels makes them and they work.

I'm a first-time moms this is my first time breastfeeding and I've had a pretty good Supply this whole time so I can't really recommend anything (because I haven't tried anything) but drinking a lot of water has always been useful for me
