TWINS!?! Based off pregnancy hormones

Question

I need opinions! My nurse said based off my hormone level, I either have an extremely healthy pregnancy or I have more than one baby!!! Last Friday my levels were 174. Today my levels are 3,247.  I should be about 5 weeks 4 days medically. I conceived July 12 via IUI. I was on Gonal-F and Ovudrill.

I went in to the hospital at 5 weeks due to brown spotting, my hcg was 11,400 and I had a beautiful baby boy, just one😊
