Is this my period?

Im 6 weeks pp and my bleeding stopped around 2-3weeks. Last week i had to take the morning after pill after the condom broke (it was taken within 24hrs) today, ive had slight backpain and cramping and ive been bleeding bright red blood for most of the day. Could this be my period? Im hoping so and hoping the plan b pill worked.
