It was mostly due to the misoprostol I took to empty my womb. With all the cramping of your reproductive organs, it's imaginable that your rectum/colon will cramp as well, resulting in food that passes through the body very fast (aka diarrhea)

I may have but I don't remember. But with the uterus cramping it makes sense that the colon would as well. That's why a lot of women have diarrhea with their period.
