Circumcision done today 😭😭😭

My son had his circumcision done today and it was AWFUL! I cried, he cried... My poor poor baby! I kept telling myself I was doing it for the greater good and I know it's elective but when you see your 70 year old grandfather have to do it because of continuous infections you would do it too. Have any of you mamas gotten your son done? Any tips for care? How long did it take to heal?
