Miscarriage :(

Loni • Sat, Aug 06 • My name is Loni & I am 22 years old. I am a single mom to a 3 year old son. I have hypothyroid, PCOS, MTHFR, PAI-1 & Protein S Deficiency. (Currently pregnant!)

Had anyone had a miscarriage & not had any bleeding or symptoms of miscarriage? I found out today that I lost my baby 2 weeks ago but I have not had any symptoms whatsoever. Wishing it wasn't true :(
