Stopping my birth control shot.

Ok so ive finally decided to stop my shot . I've just been going through my own thing about nature and natural things. So im done with my birth control. I was just wondering if theres anyone that's stopped taking their shots and was just wondering what were the symptoms and things . Im going to my doctor but i just wanna hear the actual truth if you know what i mean !
