Hospital dash yesterday, severe headache

Literally about to have lunch and I can only describe I went blind I couldn't see properly I felt drunk, double vision totally off balance and felt absolutely dreadful and to top it off I hadn't felt much of my baby girl. I Called my midwife who had me straight in to be monitored, it's all down to low blood pressure which has been dropping throughout my pregnancy apparently, I'll have dips where it goes far to low which causes black outs and headaches fainting.. And I was left feeling absolutely exhausted it completely drained me. I had such a smooth pregnancy with my first and this time I feel bloody useless!

I'm so thankful my baby girl is fine, I just need to keep myself going. I'm 28 weeks and 4 weeks of going off maternity I really don't know what to do.

Anyone else experiencing this?
